When You Arrive

Enter the building through the main entrance on Gorham Street.  Once through security, take an immediate right to enter the registry of deeds. The Customer Service Counter will be on your right, just inside the entrance. If you are coming to the registry for a real estate closing, after going through security, continue straight towards the back of the building. The closing room is on the right and is marked by a sign. Tables and chairs in this room are available for real estate closings on a first come basis.
